The art of attuning to the interconnectedness of all living systems in winegrowing is vital. This is what we aim to achieve with Sentium.

The Pursuit of Sauvignon Blanc

Mendocino

Following the guidance of her father and his 50 years of experience growing Sauvignon Blanc in California, Chiara looked to Mendocino County, where its diverse soils and ideal climate align with our vision for a vibrant, mineral-driven white wine.

Our Farming Philosophy

Gifted Vineyard Sites

We seek out old vines from gifted sites, farmed with care and reverence for the land, where untouched nature interfaces with vine plantings.  Chiara sought out family growers whose farming practices embrace and honor the native biodiversity that surrounds, growing wine expressive of place. Family farmers are bio indicators, an essential element of terroir, and we are grateful to work with those who share our affinity for nature.
